Rix Restaurant Identity
Santa Monica restauranteur Wil Karges wanted his new restaurant/bar/club to have the glamorous feeling of Old Hollywood RatPack style nightspots, where everyone looked fabulous and every night seemed special. The identity created for Rix had timeless appeal, and the place was a huge hit... wildly popular for more than 10 years..
Brand Idea:
Following the ‘larger than life’ RatPack era theme, the
menus were record album sized large squares, with
black & white photos on the back of beautiful people
enjoying their nights out. Similar glamour photos adorned the dining room walls.
